At Romara Property Services we are committed to making sure your property maximises its potential while offering you the landlord the stability of having a long term contract with us, that allows you to carry on with your day to day without the worry of tenants, maintenance or void issues.

We do this by leveraging online travel platforms, housing professionals from local companies, and supporting insurance relocation stays, we ensure consistent rental income, excellent property care, and fully professional management. Our goal is to remove the day-to-day stress for landlords while keeping your property in top condition and your rent guaranteed.

Hi, we’re Tracy and Rob from Romara Property Services.
Tracy brings her years of HR experience, specialising in contracts, policies, and compliance,
so every agreement is clear, fair, and protects both your interests and ours.
Rob comes from a graphic design background, where precision and attention to detail are essential,
and that same commitment carries into how we manage every aspect of your property.
How it works

The Initial Viewing
We will arrange a convenient date and time to meet you and view the property. During this visit, we’ll discuss whether working together would be mutually beneficial.

Every property and landlord situation is different, so we take the time to understand your needs and how we can best support you. If both parties are happy, we will agree in principle to take on the property, subject to final contracts being signed.

Your Romara agreement
We’ll arrange a follow-up meeting to walk through the contract together and address any requirements. Once everything is clear, we’ll send your management agreement through DocuSign for a smooth and easy signing process.

Your peace of mind
After signing the agreement, we take on the full responsibility from day one, including guests, maintenance coordination and ongoing checks from the agreed start date for the full term paying you the agreed monthly amount.
